One on One Personal Training:  There are many available options for one on one training, it is completely individual. Book a complimentary consultation to make a plan that works for you. During this time we review your goals, health and exercise history, nutrition, and develop a plan that works for your goals, lifestyle, family, and time. Workouts are performed in our home gym or I can also come to you for in-home training (a travel fee may be required depending on location). Learn to Lift Program: In this 4 week program, you will learn the essentials to basic lifts such as Deadlift, Squats and Bench Press to name a few. Improve technique, increase lift potential, increase strength and muscle tissue and gain confidence.This class will run each month on the first Monday of the month at 830am for 30-45 minutes and will run every Monday, wednesday and Fridays. Minimum 2 participants maximum 5. Cost $120

12 Week Challenge to Change Program: One on one training program designed to change your body. Includes an Exercise and Nutrition plan through 4 different phases.  You must be motivated and must have access to treadmill or other cardio equipment, a variety of weights or a gym! The set up is as follows:

  • Phase One (two weeks)- Introduction to workouts and eating plan established. 3-4 workouts a week, your abilities decide number of workouts with me and on own.
  • Phase two (four weeks)- Muscle building phase. 5 workouts a week, two-three with me, two to three on own.
  • Phase three (four weeks)- Muscle endurance phase. Shed the fat over the muscle tissue we just built with weights plus cardio, 6 workouts per week.
  • Phase four (two weeks)- Toning, sculpting and fine tuning for the future, 4-6 workouts per week.

Eating plan is strict, with constant help, motivation, and guidance.  Sorry no real cheat days, it’s the real thing! Accountability, a structured plan with results, and lots of fun! Typical results attained: 15-20 lbs lost and 6-12 inches from sites measured; chest, waist and hips combined! Total cost is $700

Pound Shed Eating Program: Only available with registration in a Bootcamp class and is designed for 4 weeks. This program includes 2 one on one meetings at the beginning and end (more if needed). During these meetings we go over nutrition info and together we set up a nutrition/eating plan. I do not tell you exactly what to eat, but instead give ideas and types of food to eat, when to eat, and alternate choices. We develop an eating plan for those four weeks which includes a partial elimination diet where you gradually take out sugar, caffeine, alcohol, wheat and dairy from your diet to give your system a break, identify any sensitivities and to help lose weight due to inflammation.

Program cost $100 and also includes before and after weight, measurements and pictures if you desire. We will also communicate daily if needed via text and email to make sure you are staying on track and to have any questions answered daily. Typical results are 1-2 lbs lost each week, a total of 1-2 inches lost per site measured, feeling better, less bloated, more energy, happier, and sleep better. Results are based on commitment to workouts and the eating plan.

There is variability in this program as it is individually based and the goals are to have the participant feel better, decrease inflammation, increase knowledge, and to create a long term eating lifestyle. I am not a registered Nutritionist but have completed a nutrition course.
