Upcoming Bootcamp Classes

Fall is approaching!

These Build Burn Bootcamp classes are set up as progressive phases of training. We focus on muscular strength and building/toning as well as cardio to maximize the calorie burn!  All workouts will be indoors with a variety of equipment. Suitable for all age groups and levels, exercises are adjusted if needed!

Fall Sessions

  • Bootcamp: 930 am Class
  • Monday, Wednesday’s and Fridays
  • September 11- October 27, 2017
  • Cost for 2 days is $155, 3 days is $240
  • No class on Monday October 9th
  • Evening Bootcamp 730pm
  • Monday and Wednesday’s
  • September 11- October 25th, 2017
  • Cost is $155
  • no class on Monday October 9th
